Our service is designed to be a one-stop service for all your needs related to sourcing goods from Asia. Q.03Do you do product quality inspection?+
Yes — we run a dedicated QC team that performs inspections to ensure product quality, quantity, color, and other specifications conform to the order. You receive an AQL-based inspection report with defect photographs before final payment is released.
Q.04Can we get samples before placing a final order?+
Yes — we offer sample order control as a standard part of the process. Before we ship the samples, our team checks their quality and provides photos or video for your confirmation. You only commit to bulk production once a sample is approved in writing.
Q.05Which incoterms and payment options do you support?+
We work with EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit on order, 70% on inspection-passed before shipment — wire transfer or Trade Assurance. Long-term clients can request open-account terms after a track record is established.
